Our CommitmentLodge School welcomes pupils with a wide range of abilities and backgrounds. Our strong dedicated Inclusion Department views each pupil as an individual. As an inclusive school, we aim to offer access to a broad and balanced curriculum by differentiating learning materials according to need. Pupils who are identified as gifted and talented are challenged and extended across all subjects through careful planning and opportunities to develop independent learning. We are committed to helping any of our pupils who need Learning Support to develop their skills, overcome difficulties and achieve their full potential. We offer additional support services to cater for pupils with a range of learning difficulties, from additional in-class support, one-to-one specialist support to small group lessons. Pupils from non-English speaking backgrounds can also access extra specialist tuition in English as an additional language. Our purpose is to ensure that every pupil reaches their full potential and enjoys his or her time at Lodge School.
